Delete your TarotAstro account

TarotAstro keeps no account on its servers: your "account" is the session open on your device (Apple, Google or guest) and your local profile. Deletion is therefore performed by the app itself.

In the app

Open TarotAstro.
Go to your profile or the side menu.
Tap "Delete my account" and confirm.

What is erased

Your profile (first name, last name, mother's name, date of birth).
Cached readings on the device.
Audio of natural-voice readings.
Sign-in information (identifier, name, e-mail, photo, Google token) and the session, then return to the sign-in screen.
The app's Google authorisation is revoked if you signed in with Google.

What is kept on the device

Daily reading and rewarded-video counters (so deleting the account does not reset quotas).
Your purchase entitlements managed by Apple.
Ad caps and your ad consent choice.
Language, chosen voice and the weekly natural-voice trial.

These items cannot identify you and disappear when you uninstall the app.

What you must do yourself

Subscription: deleting the account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it in Settings, your name, Subscriptions.
Sign in with Apple: to remove the authorisation, go to Settings, your name, Sign-In & Security, Sign in with Apple, TarotAstro, then "Stop Using Sign in with Apple".

Server-side data

When you use AI or the natural voice, our servers receive the request without any account identifier; they may keep technical logs for [À COMPLÉTER : retention period]. To request erasure of data about you, or if you cannot open the app, write to service@tarotastro.by-cyberdev.com (or contact@tarotastro.by-cyberdev.com for GDPR requests) with the subject "Account deletion"; we reply within one month.
