TarotAstro

Terms of use

Last updated: 12 October 2026. Version française

1. Purpose

These terms govern use of the TarotAstro app and this website, published by [À COMPLÉTER : legal name of the publisher] (brand by-cyberdev). By using the app you accept them.

2. Entertainment only

TarotAstro offers tarot, astrology and Zairja for entertainment and personal reflection. Readings are neither guaranteed predictions nor professional advice. They are not medical, legal or financial advice and must not be the basis of any health, legal, money or life decision. If in difficulty, consult a qualified professional.

3. AI-generated content

Part of the readings is generated by AI, only if you consent in the app; otherwise the app shows built-in texts. Generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable, and is not reviewed by a human before display. You use it at your own risk. See the privacy policy.

4. Account and profile

You can use the app as a guest or sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for your device's security. You can delete your account at any time in the app (see account deletion). The app is not aimed at children under 15.

5. Free readings and subscriptions

A limited number of readings is offered each day; rewarded video ads may grant a few more, up to a daily cap. Subscriptions (weekly "Ad-free", weekly, monthly and yearly Premium) are offered in the app; prices and durations are shown before purchase.

Purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple: payment is charged to your Apple account, the subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and is managed or cancelled in your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled by Apple. Apple's terms also apply: Apple standard license agreement (EULA).

If you live in the European Union, your statutory 14-day withdrawal right is exercised with Apple, the seller of the subscription, under App Store terms.

6. Advertising

On iOS, ads may be shown, except to subscribers. They appear only after your consent choice. We do not control third-party ad content or the sites ads link to.

7. Intellectual property

The app, its texts, code, name and logo belong to the publisher. Some card images (Rider-Waite deck) are in the public domain. You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app; any copying, extraction or reverse engineering beyond legal limits is forbidden.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to disrupt the service, not to attempt unauthorised access to our servers, and not to overload the AI or voice services with automated calls.

9. Availability

The app relies on third-party services (network, servers, AI, voice). We do not guarantee uninterrupted service; some features may be temporarily unavailable, and the app may then use its built-in texts.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for decisions made from readings, nor for indirect damages linked to use or unavailability of the service. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, nor your mandatory consumer rights.

11. Changes

We may change these terms; the version in force is the one published on this page, with its update date.

12. Governing law and disputes

Governing law: [À COMPLÉTER : governing law, for example French law]. Competent court: [À COMPLÉTER : competent court], without prejudice to protective consumer rules. Consumers may use a consumer mediator free of charge: [À COMPLÉTER : mediator contact details].

13. Contact
